Mr. David Brett, President, Amadeus Asia Pacific, commented, “Increasingly, our customers are asking for new levels of support that require us to step beyond the technology provider role, offering advice to organisations on how they can effectively link technology trends to travel industry evolution. We will move into a collaborative era of travel in 2012 and deliver more tailored IT solutions that will enable companies like TEBS to harness the full potential of Asia Pacific’s burgeoning travel growth.”
Mr. Louis Lee, General Manager of Amadeus Hong Kong added that this new partnership is testament to Amadeus’ achievements and partnership approach that is increasingly valued by leading travel agencies in Hong Kong and across Asia Pacific.
“We win the trust from our customers not only by Amadeus’ leadership in providing our customers with best-in-class technology solutions, but also our partnership philosophy and the people assets we have devoted in Hong Kong and across the region,” said Lee. “We are thrilled to bring significant advancements to TEBS and their travel enterprise, and look forward to growing our partnership now and in the future.”
Implementation of the end-to-end IT solutions is expected to be complete in 2012.
