This month, our new Executive Chef Ray Lam has created an extensive range of delicacies by incorporating the worldwide tomatoes such as vine tomato, hot house tomato, yellow tomato and green tomato, etc. with modern gastronomy to present you the “Worldwide Tomatoes Feast” at Mezzo Grill. Highlights include Chilled Pepper and Tomato Soup with Crab Cocktail, cold tomato soupblends well with the sweet crabmeat to whet your appetite; Hot House Tomato Stuffed with Mozzarella Cheese and Basil Oil, such combination carrying a strong and fresh flavour to offer a refreshing feeling; Char-grilled USDA Filet Mignon with Café de Paris Tomato Butter, the most tender part of the beef, Filet Mignon is selected to accompany with the homemade Café de Paris Tomato Butter, further enriching the flavour of the dish. For the finale, end your meal perfectly with thefluffy Baked Tomato Cake with Vanilla Ice-cream.

Chef Ray Lam’s Biography
Chef Lam has actively involved in various cooking competitions and won the Silver Medal and Certificate of Award in Western Cuisine Competition of HOFEX Hong Kong International Culinary 1999, which shows his achievement in gastronomy. Also, he has great passion to nurture younger generation on culinary skills.
Chef Lam believes “Serving by Heart”. He has been showing his faith in the way of sourcing the best ingredients and adapting traditional cooking to serve every guest.
