Worldhotels Announces Partnership with Three New Frequent Flyer Programmes

The frequent flyer programmes of Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) and airBaltic as well as the South American loyalty coalition network Multiplus have become the latest partners for Worldhotels, one of the world’s leading groups for independent hotels. The three partners EuroBonus, BalticMiles and Multiplus complement the largest selection of frequent flyer and loyalty programmes offered by any independent hotel group.

As of today, members of the three programmes are able to collect points at almost 500 Worldhotels properties worldwide on qualifying rates. They can also benefit from various bonus miles activities such as double or triple miles offers. More details can be found at worldhotels.com/earn-miles.

SAS is the national carrier of Denmark, Norway and Sweden, serving 27 million passengers annually from its hub airports in Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. SAS is a founding member of Star Alliance. Its award-winning Frequent Flyer programme EuroBonus has almost three million members.

Fast-growing airBaltic operates direct flights from three Baltic state capitals – Riga, Vilnius and Talinn – and serves more than 50 destinations in Scandinavia, Middle East, Eastern Europe and other European destinations. The BalticMiles programme currently has almost 500.000 members.

Multiplus is a subsidiary company of TAM, one of the largest airlines in South America. Multiplus allows its nine million members, including the members of TAM’s frequent flyer programme Fidelidade, to accrue points in several different market segments, such as travel and retail. In addition, members can exchange their points for over 50.000 products and services.

“We are proud to start our partnerships with SAS Eurobonus, BalticMiles and Multiplus,” commented Paulo Salvador, Vice President Global Marketing and Sales at Worldhotels. “With our portfolio of now 24 frequent flyer programmes, we are able to offer an added-value to more than 270 million frequent travellers around the world and attract additional guests for our hotels.”
