Stylish SEVVA is celebrating the month of May with a new pop-up look inspired by art and a Mother’s Day weekend with an elegant menu of special dishes served on May 12-13 at the refined oasis of style atop Prince’s Building in Central.

Throughout the entire month of May, SEVVA will be transformed with a ‘limited edition’ look with new cushions and seat covers. The pop-up interiors are designed to welcome the forthcoming international arts fair, ART HK and feature artworks from well known French artists and cushion accessories inspired by artists like Kandinsky, Miró, Klimt and Picasso. The beautiful wool cushion covers merge the best in contemporary and abstract design and are produced using the finest, traditional techniques in Britain.

In addition to celebrating art, SEVVA has also prepared a decadent feast to celebrate motherhood. The Mother’s Day specials includes three seafood treats –  tuna ceviche with chili, avocado, amaranth & lime (HK$220), spaghettini with caviar, sea urchin & cauliflower cream (HK$360) and crab claw with roasted turbot on Swede & carrot mash (HK$580).

An alternative to seafood is crispy duck breast with celeriac purée and pencil asparagus on puffed wild rice & cherry jus (HK$380).

A vegetarian option is baby pea risotto with braised artichoke & garlic chips (HK$280), with a decadent dessert of white chocolate & mango panna cotta (HK$125).

Mums can also be treated to a special ‘bespoke’ cake created especially for Mother’s Day that is topped with a hand-crafted sugar flower. The "Berry Rose Chiffon Cake" is priced at HK$1,100 for 1,000g, and should be ordered at least two days in advance.  

SEVVA’s a la carte menu of western and Asian classics is also served all-day throughout the weekend, with signature afternoon tea from 2.30-6pm and an ‘after dinner’ menu from 10.30pm-midnight.
