Jet Airways’ JetPrivilege programme, India’s largest frequent flyer programme, has bagged a prestigious treble at the annual Freddie Awards 2012, held in New York.
JetPrivilege won in three of the five nominated categories, namely ‘Program of the Year’, ‘Best Promotion for Earning –The JetPrivilege -Trip Advisor Promotion’ and ‘Best Customer Service’ in the Middle East/Oceania/Asia region.
Mr. Siva Ramachandran, Regional Vice President Americas, Jet Airways, received the awards on behalf of the airline.
Jet Airways had previously been honoured at the Freddie Awards for five consecutive years, from 2004 to 2008, in the Japan, Pacific, Asia and Australia region.
The Freddie Awards were introduced in 1988 by Inside Flyer magazine’s Randy Petersen and have since grown to become the most prestigious member-generated awards in the travel loyalty industry.
In Australia, Jet Airways is represented by World Aviation Systems.
