The noodle menu is created by award-winning Group Masterchef Chan Kwok of Hua Ting, famed for its top notch Cantonese cuisine. With “Noodles”, diners can tuck into bowls of authentic Cantonese noodles with premium ingredients in a casual environment. Staying true to its name, “Noodles” only offers noodles! Three types of specially selected noodles (Handmade noodles, Egg noodles and E-fu noodles) are available and diners can choose to have it either Dry or in Soup. The ‘wow’ factors about this establishment are that the noodles can be customised according to guest’s preferences and the chilli sauce was created specially for the noodles by Chef Chan Kwok.
The uniqueness of “Noodles” lies in the mix and match pairing of noodles and ingredients. Diners can opt for dry noodles topped with a rich Abalone Sauce or noodles in Superior Chicken Soup. Choices of quality ingredients such as Whole Premium Abalone, Fresh Scallop, Sea Perch, Tiger Prawn, Soya Chicken, Stewed Beef Brisket & Tendon in Homemade Brown Sauce, Stewed Pig’s Trotter in Fermented Beancurd and Braised Minced Pork with Bean Paste Sauce are then paired with the noodles for a simple yet delicious meal.
