Spice Market proudly presents a wide selection of seasonal mushrooms from Kanchanaburi province. Mushrooms are not only delicious; they are also an excellent source of Vitamin B and selenium and contain a powerful antioxidant.

Chef Ann and her team are featuring dishes using mushrooms such as black, phor, straw, shimeji and wild mushrooms.  Savor delicious a-la-carte mushroom dishes which include Aromatic curry braised beef short rib, egg and mushroom, Grilled tiger prawns and mushroom salad, Spicy crab egg relish, grilled mushroom and vegetables and many more.  Price starts from THB 180 to 1,300 per dish
