Regional Campanian Cuisine at Grissini

Chef Andrea Fraire presents authentic Campanian cuisine at Grissini with a menu featuring healthy dishes prepared with fresh seafood and produce available throughout June. 

The set menu starts with a seafood appetiser of Mediterranean Red Prawn Roulade with Eggplant and Campania Buffalo Mozzarella, Trumpet Zucchini and Mint, a fine way to enjoy Campania’s famous mozzarella cheese.  A comforting dish of Chitarra Spaghetti with Clams and Amalfi Lemon highlights the simplicity and freshness of Campanian recipes. 

The chef’s recommendation for the main course is Pan-fried Cod Fillet with “San Marzano” Tomatoes and Sorrento Black Olives, Green Beans, Mussels and Pine Nuts Guazzetto.  The traditional cake, Pastiera Napoletana from Naples will be served with Vanilla Bean Cream and Cherry Semifreddo as the perfect delight to conclude the meal.

Campania is a region in Southern Italy along the coastline of the Tyrrhenian Sea, boasting an excellent source of fresh fishes and world-renowned San Marzano tomatoes, which are the highlights of the regional cuisine.

The Campanian menus are offered during lunch and dinner.  Wine pairing menu is also available.
